Loreto Kirribilli has commenced a long term staged project to update its current campus towards a more future focused learning environment and to resolve a number of accessibility and amenity issues across the campus. Molino Stewart was engaged to undertake the Independent Environmental Audit Program for Stage 1 of the development. The audit reviewed construction against the conditions of the development consent and reviewed the project’s performance via systems, documents, records, procedures and site observations. The audit was conducted in accordance with the audit objectives and terms of reference established in the Independent Environmental Audit schedule and program and in accordance with DPE’s guidelines.
